Eatable art

Well, not quite eatable but certainly very nice to eat off.

Now that our surroundings are a bit more civilised we have unpacked one of our favorite Xmas presents from last year – two original Miranda Barnes dinner plates.

Miranda is an incredibly talented artist who lives in Southland.  Each plate is unique in shape and size as well as in colour and design.  It’s a real pleasure to use something that has been hand made in this way. We’re just waiting for a real kitchen before we put in an order for a whole set.

Now receiving you again-thanks again to Brendhan
Splendid plates-it will be a shame to eat off them.
Sorry to learn about Ahab, he was afine looking bird.
It looks as though you are nearing completion-
is there anything left to do other than the plastering?
